Job Description: Patient Navigator (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location: Bronx, NY Hours: Monday-Friday Organization: New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) Why Join Us? Requirements

High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.
Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Direct patients to the appropriate waiting areas or treatment rooms.
Answer questions regarding office policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
Support front desk staff with phone calls, appointment reminders, and filing tasks.
Assist with patient records and data entry when necessary.
