POSITION SUMMARY As an Automotive Cashier for Big O Tires, you will receives payments from customers getting their vehicles maintained or repaired, or buying parts or fluids specific to certain vehicles. These cashiers sometimes also act as the front desk receptionist and answer telephones.

Requirements

• 17 years of age (with parental consent) or older
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed
• Exceptional communication and verbal skills
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
• Ability to consistently operate a computer

Responsibilities

• Explain vehicle service recommendations to customers
• Responsible for oversight of clients' keys
• Print out or write up estimates and invoices, and accept payment for the work once finished
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
