About The Position

This role involves maintaining continuous visual surveillance of assigned patients via video technology to proactively identify and prevent potential safety risks or falls. The Patient Monitor will engage with patients through two-way audio to provide immediate redirection, comfort, and clear instructions that ensure their well-being. They will alert clinical nursing staff instantly to any changes in a patient’s condition or behavior, serving as the first line of defense in an emergency. Additionally, the role requires documenting detailed observations of patient activity and safety status to provide the care team with an accurate, real-time record of the patient's journey.

Requirements

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
