Join our dedicated team as a Patient Liaison, where your empathy and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly) Shift: 8 or 9 hours shifts between 5:30 AM - 11:00 PM including weekend rotation This position will have a home base of Whitehall with travel to Blair, Mondovi and Independence depending on clinic need
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
- Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
