About The Position

The Patient Liaison at WE LEVEL UP serves as the primary point of contact between patients and the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans. This role is crucial in advocating for patient needs, enhancing patient satisfaction, and facilitating seamless healthcare experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient relations or advocacy.
• Proven track record of effectively managing patient concerns and enhancing patient satisfaction.
• Experience in coordinating between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
