About The Position

Patient Placement Center Specialist supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by coordinating the patient intake process. Responsibilities include answering and triaging calls, verifying eligibility, facilitating inbound and outbound transfers, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Patient Liaison collaborates with internal and external partners to support timely patient transfers and will be responsible for assisting team to problem solve complex critical cases and situations. Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years of healthcare related experience
