About The Position
Concierge Dental Group is seeking a warm, professional, and organized Patient Greeter for their Clarence office. This role is the first and last impression for patients, responsible for creating a calm, welcoming, and efficient environment. The Patient Greeter will work closely with front-office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and manage the practice's atmosphere, even during busy periods. Opportunities for schedule flexibility across five locations and career advancement into roles like Lead Patient Concierge, Treatment Coordinator, and Office Manager are available.
Requirements
- Genuinely friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in busy situations.
- Comfortable with basic computer use and willingness to learn dental practice software.
- Customer-service, hospitality, or healthcare reception experience is a plus.
- Dental office experience is helpful but not required.
