This position is for a Patient Services Manager to join our Patient Services Team in White Plains, NY at Burke Rehab Hospital.

Requirements

Associate degree in food services or related field OR bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn electronic medical record and diet office systems
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Supports implementation of patient food service needs based on medical direction and patient population
Assists with hiring, training, and onboarding of patient service team members
Follows dietary restrictions for special or modified diets to ensure patient preferences align with diet order limitations
Provides excellent customer service to help achieve patient satisfaction goals
Maintains compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient rights policies
Participates in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide quality programs
Supports within Retail and Catering departments
