The Patient Food Service Manager will oversee patient dining operations within the Children’s Hospital kitchen, operating under a room service model. This role provides leadership for patient services operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence. This position plays a key role in driving innovation and program development, as the Hershey campus serves as the flagship location for Penn State Health, piloting new menu concepts and patient service initiatives. The manager will oversee HealthTouch patient dining systems and Experiencia patient experience initiatives while leading and developing a team of 25+ frontline employees. This role requires flexibility with varied shifts to support a 24/7 healthcare environment.
