About The Position

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing outstanding customer service at all points of contact continuing to provide resources based on patients’ health care needs and providing leadership to the call center team as follows:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in functional area preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in field required.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Ability to document information electronically clearly and efficiently, using medical terminology and accurate spelling required.
  • Ability to organize and lead a team of people to accomplish goals required.
  • Compassion for patients required.
  • Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service as first point of contact for CHAS Health.
  • Trains and supervises call center staff.
  • Coaches and develops staff that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Performs data compilation, reporting and tracking functions related to call center metrics.
  • Performs many Call Center Representative duties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
