Responsibilities
- Convert incoming calls and inquiries into scheduled new patient appointments
- Guide new patients through the onboarding process to ensure readiness and confidence
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to support strong show rates
- Support patient retention through clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Maintain accurate records and document all patient interactions appropriately
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient flow
- Participate in daily team huddles focused on performance and shared goals
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic flow
