Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming calls and inquiries into scheduled new patient appointments
  • Guide new patients through the onboarding process to ensure readiness and confidence
  • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to support strong show rates
  • Support patient retention through clear communication and consistent follow-through
  • Maintain accurate records and document all patient interactions appropriately
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Participate in daily team huddles focused on performance and shared goals
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic flow
