About The Position

Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process for Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, in conjunction with hospital leaders and the vendor. Analyzes patient satisfaction and complaint data and collaborates with leaders and staff to facilitate improvement efforts. Provides data collection, analysis, and follow-up for performance improvement activities. Facilitates performance improvement activities with various groups throughout the health system. Assists with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.

Requirements

Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred.
1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.
