About The Position
Delaney Eye Center is a private optometry practice in Orlando with a mission to help patients 'See Happy.' We are growing and hiring for two roles: Patient Experience Specialist and Optometric Technician. While experience in eye care is beneficial, we are willing to train individuals who are friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Verify insurance
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient communication
- Complete patient workups and histories
- Run diagnostic tests (OCT, HRT, visual fields)
- Assist with contact lens fittings and specialty care
- Support patients before and after surgery
