About The Position

The Patient Experience Representative II is a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience, and is responsible for primarily checking out patients, scheduling, and referrals within an ambulatory clinical setting. This is a clerical role that is the first line representative to patients presenting to the clinic. This position works as a team member of the clinic to help ensure the success of the clinic. This role applies to any openings available in our Primary Care Division which includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Anticoagulation.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent education/work experience
• One year of experience in the medical field, or 2 years of clerical experience in a non-medical field

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred
• Two years medical experience preferred
