About The Position
As a Patient Experience Representative Float for the Musculoskeletal/Neuro division, you will support multiple clinics, stepping in where coverage is needed most. This role is ideal for a flexible, proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building relationships across teams. The Patient Experience Representative II is a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience, and is responsible for primarily checking out patients, scheduling, and referrals within an ambulatory clinical setting. This is a clerical role that is the first line representative to patients presenting to the clinic. This position works as a team member of the clinic to help ensure the success of the clinic.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent education/work experience
- One year of experience in the medical field, or 2 years of clerical experience in a non-medical field
Nice To Haves

- Two years medical experience preferred
