About The Position

Performs specialized professional-level performance improvement analysis, administrative, organizational, systems, budgetary, and related analysis to improve overall patient experience initiatives, programs, and activities. Requirements

  • Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, healthcare, or a similar field
  • Four (4) years of professional-level experience in healthcare data analytics, quality improvement, patient experience, or high-end hospitality and guest relations, with a demonstrated ability to translate service excellence into a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with advanced proficiency.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of public administration
  • Knowledge of Federal, state, and county laws and regulations related to the health care agency
  • Knowledge of HCAHPS and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of basic data sampling and statistical analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of computer applications related to duties
  • Knowledge of project management and analytical techniques
  • Knowledge of department and hospital safety practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of patient rights
  • Knowledge of infection control policies and practices
  • Knowledge of department and hospital emergency response policies and procedures
  • Skill in providing professional analytical and programmatic work
  • Skill in carrying assigned project(s) through, from data gathering to completion
  • Skill in using initiative and independent judgement within general policy guidelines
  • Skill in translating complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Skill in using computer software/applications related to duties
  • Skill in maintaining accurate records and files
  • Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials
  • Skill in contributing effectively to the accomplishment of team or work unit goals, objectives and activities
  • Skill in communicating effectively with a wide variety of people from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all personnel contacted in the course of duties
  • Skill in efficient, effective and safe use of equipment
