Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and meaningfully with patients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an unmatched level of service that builds trust and long-term patient relationships.
  • Become a true product and service expert, confidently explaining all treatments, benefits, and processes to patients in a way that inspires action.
  • Meet face-to-face with new and existing patients to guide them through their treatment journey, including program details and financial discussions.
  • Present treatment recommendations in a consultative, solution-focused manner that aligns with patient goals.
  • Partner closely with clinical staff to ensure each patient’s visit is positive, efficient, and consistent with Limitless’ standards.
  • Monitor patient adherence to their treatment plan, proactively following up if there is a deviation or missed payment.
  • Support a seamless handoff between clinical and administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Manage patient records and scheduling using programs such as RXNT, Hubspot, and Quest.
  • Order medications accurately and efficiently following clinic protocols.
  • Create, track, and complete tasks promptly, maintaining exceptional organization and time management.
