Requirements

  • Experience in dental administration or comparable medical scheduling.
  • Experience with Dentrix or similar software, including scheduling and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of block scheduling and insurance verification.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for every patient.
  • Guiding patients through scheduling, treatment planning, financial arrangements, and insurance questions with confidence and compassion.
  • Coordinating doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize efficiency and production while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.
  • Ensuring patients feel informed, valued, and cared for from the first phone call to the completion of treatment.
  • Managing patient records, insurance verification, and follow-up care with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Helping maintain a comfortable, cheerful, and professional office environment.
  • Collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure each day runs smoothly and efficiently.
