Requirements

• Experience in a medical or healthcare office
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Experience with social media or marketing

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and setting the tone for their visit
• Managing schedules, care plans, and daily office flow
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions and scheduling
• Keeping the office running efficiently and on time
• Supporting doctors and the clinical team as needed
• Assisting with patient care during exams and therapies when appropriate
