Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Highly Preferred).
• 2+ years in a high-touch environment (e.g., Luxury Hotels, Private Medical Practices, VIP Concierge, or High-End Retail).
• Quick to learn dental software and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the practice, greeting families with high-level professionalism and warmth.
• Orchestrate the "front-to-back" transition, ensuring clinical staff are optimized and patient wait times are non-existent.
• Curate and maintain precise digital patient records and eligibility verification with a "zero-error" mentality.
• Engage with the public and pediatric patients to create a stress-free, premium environment.
• Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, and digital portals) with the poise of a corporate executive.
