About The Position

The Patient Experience Coordinator is a key member of a care team that is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with delivering transformative kidney care. The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for reaching out to patients over the phone to conduct our member satisfaction survey. The Patient Experience Coordinator will also process all mailed surveys. The Patient Experience Coordinator will perform data entry and communications tasks, ensuring that data is entered accurately and that the correct communications and materials are sent to patients on time.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Must be dependable, with a dedicated work ethic, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, poised, and self-sufficient.
  • Thrives in a fast paced start up environment while embracing change with a “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including ability to use Microsoft Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales and/or telemarketing, in the health care industry and heavy outbound appointment setting is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of the medical industry, especially care management or home health, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients using scripts to complete member satisfaction surveys.
  • Print, package, and mail patient letters, postcards, flyers, educational materials, and any other documentation or materials that must be mailed to our patients.
  • Field inbound calls with a positive attitude, building rapport and trust with patients.
  • Enter data as needed into Salesforce, as required.
  • Overcome objections that patients may present
  • Protect the health care privacy of patients by strictly following HIPAA regulations.
  • Creates and manages reports or workforce management systems.
