About The Position

Valley Urgent Dental is looking for an energetic, outgoing people-person to become the face of our practice. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone with a contagious personality who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of business / office experience
• Naturally bubbly, positive, and high energy.
• Comfortable starting conversations with anyone.
• Passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident on the phone and skilled at converting calls into scheduled appointments.
• Self-motivated and excited to represent our practice throughout the community.
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a fun, supportive workplace.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile.
• Answer phones professionally and confidently while creating a great first impression.
• Schedule appointments efficiently to help keep our providers' schedules full.
• Build relationships with patients that encourage trust, loyalty, and referrals.
• Represent Valley Urgent Dental in the community by visiting local businesses, schools, and organizations to introduce our office and distribute marketing materials.
• Help coordinate community outreach events and promotional opportunities.
• Support the team in creating an upbeat, positive office culture where patients feel valued.
