About The Position

Pro Care Innovations is looking for a competitive, target-driven Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our Care Management team. This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role: you'll spend your day on outbound calls with patients who already qualify for the program, building rapport fast, handling objections, and converting conversations into enrollments. This isn't cold calling to strangers — every patient you call is our patient. Your job is to clearly sell the value of the program, address questions and pushback with confidence, and close the enrollment. Requirements

• 1+ years of call center sales, telesales, or field sales experience; proven track record hitting quotas/targets strongly preferred
• Confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles objections without losing momentum
• Competitive, self-motivated, and energized by daily performance goals
• Comfortable with high call volume and a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation after every call

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare, EHR, or patient enrollment experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the clinical side

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to eligible patients using a structured sales process
• Confidently pitch the Care Management program, overcome objections, and close by obtaining enrollment consent
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and enrollment targets
• Accurately complete enrollment documentation and each patient's initial care plan
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards
• Hand off enrolled patients smoothly to the Care Team Coordinator for ongoing care management
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to sharpen pitch technique and improve close rates
