This role serves on a 24/7 nurse advice and triage resource team for patients of all ages, providing timely guidance and support via phone from an on‑site location. The nurse assesses callers’ symptoms and concerns, offers clinical guidance related to care already received or care that may be needed, and helps patients navigate next steps, including establishing care with new providers when appropriate. This position is not remote. Schedule: .6 FTE 7 pm - 7 am Every third weekend rotation 2 holidays per year Training will take place over day, mid and night shifts (6-8 weeks)
