This role involves helping patients navigate the registration process, answering questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion, gathering accurate information quickly in a fast-paced environment, and building trust with patients during potentially stressful moments. No healthcare background is required as training will be provided, and this role serves as a launchpad for a growing healthcare career.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

- Medical or healthcare experience (but not required!)
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
- Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
- Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused
- Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (with training!)
- Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations
- Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time
