As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the initial point of contact for patients checking into the hospital. No prior healthcare background is necessary, as R1 provides comprehensive training, making this an excellent starting point for a healthcare career. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
  • Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately
