About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first point of contact for patients checking into the hospital, assisting them with the registration process, answering questions with confidence and compassion, and gathering accurate information in a fast-paced environment. No prior healthcare background is necessary as training will be provided, and this role serves as a launchpad for a healthcare career.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

  • Medical or healthcare experience (but not required!)

Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently.
  • Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
