Responsibilities
- Utilization of technology to support patient registration.
- Routes written communications as appropriate.
- Communicates with others in person, by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies.
- Will receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
- Determines work priorities on assigned shifts.
- Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties to be performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed.
