Patient Counseling / Clinical Pharmacist

Advanced RX LLC•Upper Dublin Township, PA

About The Position

Advanced Rx, a compounding pharmacy in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, is hiring a full-time remote pharmacist. The role balances prescription verification with clinical communication and patient support. The pharmacist manages workflow and verification volume while answering patient and prescriber-office calls, handling clarification requests, and responding to real-time chat inquiries from internal team members. Some patients may need additional counseling, so the pharmacist must remain calm and supportive. Workflow and verification metrics are used primarily to help keep workloads fairly distributed. Pharmacists receive regular feedback and leadership support, and are expected to contribute feedback as well. The team shares the schedule and supports one another. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with an 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday rotation every 4–6 weeks. Saturday work receives an additional stipend. Advanced Rx describes itself as a small, tech-forward business that provides extensive onboarding training, support, and access to clinical and process information. Compounding experience is not required. The company offers scheduled lunch breaks, very few weekend hours, no 12–14-hour shifts, and closure on Sundays and major holidays with holiday pay.
