About The Position

Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team at our practice in Worcester, Grafton, and Fitchburg. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. This position travels with the team to Worcester, Grafton, and Fitchburg each week - you must be able to commute to all three locations. Candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply! As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a dental office preferred
• Working knowledge of dental practice management software preferred
• Positive energy
• Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
• Tactful and skillful in all situations
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service
• Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Answering phones with enthusiasm
• Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
• Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
• Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
• Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
• Keeping the reception area clean and orderly at all times
• Checking and verifying patients' insurance
• Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
