About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Nutley, NJ office. This role is crucial for executing front office duties and supporting patients, providers, and staff to ensure an "Ultimate Patient Experience". Requirements

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Proficient and efficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and online leads.
• Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer service skills.
• Must be a professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.
• Must be able to work 30+ hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Receptionist Experience
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
• Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads efficiently and professionally.
• Create a positive phone call experience for every caller.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care for patients and providers.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate provider needs.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
