Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-time
Patient Coordinator. This position would be at our Golden Valley location.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization with attention to detail.
• Accurate data entry.
• Personable and empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers.
• Composure under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year minimum experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical practice is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the practice
• Treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Checking-in patients
• Reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures
• Entering new patient information into the computer
• Answering the telephone
• Directing calls to appropriate personnel
• Scheduling appointments
• Enter in patient recalls
