About The Position

Our Patient Coordinators are the welcoming face and voice of our practice — the people who make patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they walk through the door or call our office. We're a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch & Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn't happen by accident. Requirements

A genuinely friendly, outgoing person who enjoys helping people
Someone who loves interacting with patients and making them feel welcome
Strong phone skills and professional communication
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy
Reliable, positive, and willing to be part of a team

Nice To Haves

Previous reception, hospitality, customer service, or dental experience is a plus — but not required!

Responsibilities

Welcome every patient with a friendly smile and a warm, professional attitude
Create a positive first impression for patients when they arrive at the office
Answer incoming calls and help patients feel taken care of from the very first conversation
Schedule appointments, manage patient communication, and keep the day running smoothly
Verify patient information and insurance details with accuracy and attention to detail
Balance multiple priorities while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
Partner with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
