About The Position
The team at BrightSmile Dental located in Spruce Grove, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. BrightSmile Dental is a team focused and family oriented clinic that has been serving the community for over 20 years! Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Experienced in dealing with all insurances, reading EOB's and Pre-Determinations
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Able to work within a team and own their own with structured tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as ClearDent and/or Tracker is considered an asset
Responsibilities
