Requirements
- Previous dental, orthodontic, pediatric, or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred
- Dependable team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients while creating a warm and welcoming experience for families
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to support daily office flow
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial information and treatment coordination
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain professional communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance standards are met
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
