About The Position

Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-time Patient Coordinator at our Maple Grove location. This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls. This position is based in Maple Grove, however may travel to the other locations (Wayzata, Golden Valley, Minnetonka and St. Anthony).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year minimum experience in customer service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Accurate data entry
• Personable and empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns
• Ability to work as a team member
• Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers
• Composure under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical practice is preferable
