About The Position
DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.
Requirements
- B.S or B.A from any accredited university
- Self motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
- Commitment to client satisfaction and helping clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Belief in high quality and a high standard of compliance to study protocols
- Remarkably organized
- Skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive
- Ability to accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
- Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
- Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time
- Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
- Ensuring patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
- Timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems
- Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
- Ensuring Sponsors and Clients receive amazing customer service when onsite and clear, constant communication when offsite
- Maintaining Physician Trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring physicians are informed of their schedules and updated on current clinical trial patients and protocols
