Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a Patient Coordinator who is a problem solver with excellent organization and customer service skills, capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment. The Patient Coordinator will utilize the NextGen system and other programs to complete daily duties, ensuring all external patient appointments are scheduled and accurate medical records are obtained prior to patient visits. After training, a hybrid work schedule may be available.
