As a Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will contribute to communities and positively impact patients' lives. This position reports to the Manager and involves performing daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. New hires participate in a four-week training program to succeed in their role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
