About The Position

Norcross Dental Associates is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join their team. A minimum of 1 year of dental office experience is required to be considered.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Open Dental preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Verify insurance and collect patient information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Present and explain treatment plans
  • Collect payments and manage financial arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records in the practice management system
  • Support overall front office flow and patient communication
