About The Position

At Aspen Dental, the Patient Coordinator, also known as Patient Experience Coordinator, plays a crucial role in providing superior patient service and building trust and loyalty with patients. This full-time position involves performing daily front office tasks and duties. New team members will participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
