About The Position

Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-time Patient Coordinator. This position would be at our Crosstown location. The individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; and entering patient recalls. Northwest Eye Clinic provides a wide range of service offerings from comprehensive pediatrics, cataract surgery and premium lens implants, treatment of corneal and retinal disease and glaucoma, oculofacial and esthetic services to LASIK and total eye care that allow us to care for all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our doctors, surgeons, and eye care professionals are true professionals with uncommon enthusiasm for education patients about eye care. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year minimum experience in customer service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Accurate data entry
• Personable and empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns
• Ability to work as a team member
• Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers
• Composure under pressure

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical practice is preferable
