We are looking for 2 full-time Patient Coordinators to join our teams in Riverside and Mandarin! This role blends patient interaction, administrative skills, time management, and teamwork across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous healthcare experience involving registration, insurance verifications, authorizations, and scheduling
  • Ability to work in a highly fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Must be dependable, self-motivating, and multi-tasking
  • HIPPA Knowledge
  • Must be flexible with schedule and adaptable to travelling to other locations if coverage is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a medical records environment highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth during check-in and ensure a smooth, efficient check-out experience
  • Verify insurance eligibility, authorizations, and demographic information; resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Schedule and manage appointments across all five office locations, optimizing provider availability and patient flow
  • Prepare, maintain, and audit patient charts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Support call center operations by answering incoming calls, assisting patients, and routing inquiries as needed based on staffing demands
  • Assist with medical records requests, documentation, and coordination in accordance with internal protocols
  • Always maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Comfortable to step in and lend a helping hand where needed! This is a team-based environment, and flexibility is key
