This role is located in our headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee and we support longevity clinics across the Midwest & Southeast. We’re Looking for You You have a strong work ethic, grit, and determination to succeed. The Longevity Guide will report to the Longevity Manager & the Operations team driving internal sales generation and patient relationship nurturing all with a focus on hospitality & patient service excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing patient relationships, educating potential and existing patients, and driving clinic growth by re-engaging prior patients. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, a focus in sales / marketing is a plus
  • 1-2+ years of sales experience (phone sales experience preferred) and customer relationship experience required, healthcare is a plus
  • Driven to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals with a tenacious attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage patient relationships effectively.
  • Passionate about the health, wellness, and longevity space

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools preferred, HubSpot experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving. Foster a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing patients by providing ongoing guidance, support, and follow-up to ensure their wellness journey is progressing successfully.
  • Inform potential patients about our services (hormone therapy & wellness solutions); educate existing patients on our wide range of services to expand their health outcomes; reactivate past patients with focus on health goals & services
  • Build relationships with potential and current patients to increase service adoption and patient retention.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by upselling additional services and wellness products.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop personalized care plans and recommend services that best suit the patient’s health goals.
  • Utilize lead generation and follow-up strategies to convert inquiries into consultations and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, sales efforts, and follow-up activities in the clinic's CRM system.
