About The Position

As an Inside Sales Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact and ongoing support for our customers. You’ll manage inbound leads, coordinate inspections, follow up on active projects, and help homeowners confidently move forward with their roofing decisions. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where communication, organization, and consistency directly drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology (or quick to learn)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or coordination roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, texts, and leads from marketing and canvassing
  • Schedule roof inspections for our Roofing Experts
  • Follow up with homeowners to move projects forward and reduce delays
  • Clearly explain our services, process, and warranty options
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM ( AccuLynx )
  • Coordinate between customers, sales reps, and production team
  • Track and manage multiple jobs at different stages simultaneously
  • Deliver a 5-Star customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Consistently hit performance targets (appointments, follow-ups, conversions)
