The Account Manager - Exports handles customer requests and assists Sales team with requests such as order entry, order status, quotes, and other duties as needed as it pertains specifically to the export channel. Main Tasks Grow sales volume by managing new and existing customers: Establishing strong relationships Responding promptly to requests Having regular phone and/or Webex meetings Uncovering and recognizing high growth customers and sales opportunities Presenting membrane portfolio and clearly detailing the value proposition Answering questions Cold calling Closing sales Respond to technical questions from customers Able to answer customer questions quickly and effectively Troubleshoot customer issues Gather market information and gain expertise for specific applications Support field testing of new or developmental products Write case studies and presentations Other duties as assigned
