Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends

Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer
Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends
Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with company procedures
Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow
Contribute to team success by meeting performance expectations and maintaining a positive work environment
