Averhealth is currently seeking a Patient Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our drug testing facilities located in Boise, Idaho, Caldwell, Idaho & Mountain Home, Idaho. This position is full-time working between 35-45 hours per week. You'll receive your schedule approximately a month in advance, so you'll know what days you're specifically working. In addition to the listed locations, Averhealth employees are required to cover locations within 45 miles of their assigned work location. Any coverage requests made with less than a 48-hour notice will qualify for additional compensation in the form of shift coverage bonuses of $50 per covered shift. Patient Center Supervisors at Averhealth are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our drug testing facilities. This role requires prior supervisory or management experience and involves leading a team, managing workflow, and ensuring adherence to company protocols and service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, facilitating observed urine specimen collections, and conducting breath alcohol testing with a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer service. Supervisors provide on-site leadership to ensure that Averhealth's mission and core values are consistently upheld. They build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including judges, probation officers, and other judicial personnel. The role also involves proactively identifying and resolving operational issues while ensuring clear, respectful, and effective communication across all levels of interaction.
