Requirements
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience
- Matriculation in a Nursing Program
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and therapists with direct and indirect patient care
- Safely transport patients throughout the organization
- Pick up and deliver x rays, supplies, scans, mail, and other materials
- Support smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient centered care environment
